is the third in a series of short clips of Gurudev teaching. Today from
Bhagavad Gita chapter two, the importance of maintaining a balanced view of
life is impressed upon us. This relates to the keeping of the mind on higher
things and accepting that the world of objects is, by nature impermanent, and
all experiences within it are equally so. The term 'titiksha' is referred to -
you will recall it is one of the shamaadhi-shatka-sampatti of the saadhana
