Adventures in Advaita Vedanta, the philosophy and science of spirit. We are one you and I; are you curious why?..

Here is a place to linger, to let your intellect roam. Aatmaavrajanam is being written as a progressive study and, as such, can be read like a book. Anyone arriving at any time can simply start at the very first post and work their way through at their own pace. Small Names Big Aims

Hari OM

Story-day is for cultural exploration, puraanas and parables and finding out about leading lights in spiritual philosophy.

This is a short clip about St Francis of Paolo, whose feast day is today. The plethora of spiritual luminaries on the Catholic list for April is quite something… this day alone holds 24 names! We can often hold up famous saints and sages as examples, but also, due to their extreme spiritual abilities, say when we fall short ourselves, that we are no gifted with what they had. The extraordinary number of saints and 'blesseds' says that any who dedicate themselves can rise to spiritual highs… most will go unrecognised, but that is irrelevant when it comes to our individual relationship with spirit.
