Q&As; a general review of the week so far…
Last
Friday the frustration of having to deal with the body was touched upon. As
Vedantins, though, we do need always to remember that "I am not this body,
this mind, this intellect" - even when dealing with maintenance for those
very things. The maintenance is necessary just as repairs to our cars would be.
Never for a moment, however, do we consider the car to be 'us'… we understand
that it serves a purpose and are grateful for it, but are able to separate
ourselves from it without concern. Today, a little more on that part of our
being which all this is not, from Swami Swaroopananda.
