Q&As; a general review of the week so far…
In a month which has seen a sort of 'summer storm' of strife and
terror around the globe, and notably here in the UK, we again need to ponder
the nature of peace and whether it is ever a possibility, on the larger, social
scale. There can be no question that such a wide-spread outbreak could only
arise where there is sufficient 'infection' of a large number of individuals
with the 'peace bug'.
This is not a new concept, neither is it 'new age'. Like any major
infection, however, there needs to be a drop in 'immunity' against the bug.
Unfortunately, the immunity which is currently built up is one of anger, hatred
and vitriol.
However, there are thankfully always pockets of 'carriers'; those
who never lose the peace bug and who are able to find others to infect.
