Monday is AUM-day; in search of meditation
This month, the background for meditational practice will be the sound of the flute. Wind instruments, after the drum, are the most commonly found in every part of the globe. Drumming was the first sound and easily made, visceral and earthly. Once ways were found to use breath to create varying sounds, the spirit was lifted higher… contemplate these things and breath is such an integral part of the meditational process.
