thoughts' days; Q&As; a general review of the week so far…
The final day of November - St Andrew's day. It heralds the onset of
festive season, though in modern times that seems to come earlier and earlier!
Nature presses on with its cycles regardless of the critters which it supports.
Only the human seems to question the spanning of time, complain of the state of
the weather, or mark the changes with things other than survival.
Do we, as a species, fully appreciate the privilege of this? It is
something often pondered… We can mark the festivals with frivolity, frippery
and foolishness. Or we can give appropriate honour, reverence and attention to
mark the keynote points of any given year. The human critter has the boon of
choice. Let it not be wasted.
