Continuing the series of focus vids, today, again, keep your eyes centred and let them not be distracted by all that happens in the image. Much of the time, the video itself guides this, but be on guard for when it moves off centre! Again, expand to full-screen. It is assumed, but you are reminded here, that you have taken aasana and praanayaama in preparation for the exercise.
