Monday is AUM-day; in search of meditation
A series of words and imagery (taken from the Vivekachoodaamani) to be used as both a guide to and item for meditation. These will be advanced concepts and assume that the reader has been following the teachings here consistently in order to gain maximum benefit from the contemplation.
Neither It is born nor does It die; neither does It grow nor does It decay; being eternal It does not undergo any change. Even when this body is destroyed, It does not cease to exist. It is like the space in the jar that is broken - it is independent of the jar.
