Monday is AUM-day; in search of
meditation
A series of words and imagery (taken
from the Vivekachoodaamani) to be used as both a guide to and item for
meditation. These will be advanced concepts and assume that the reader has been
following the teachings here consistently in order to gain maximum benefit from
the contemplation.
That which knows everything that happens in the waking, dream and
deep-sleep states, That which is aware of the presence or absence of the mind
and its functions, That which is the essence of the ego… That is
"This" (Supreme Reality).
