Monday is AUM-day; in search of
meditation
A series of words and imagery (taken
from the Vivekachoodaamani) to be used as both a guide to and item for meditation. These will be advanced concepts and assume that the reader has been
following the teachings here consistently in order to gain maximum benefit from
the contemplation.
Therefore, the mind is the cause of both liberation as well as
bondage. When it is blemished with the effects of rajas and also with tamas, it
causes bondage. When it is free from rajas and tamas gunas, it paves the way
for liberation.
