Monday is AUM-day; in search of
meditation
A series of words and imagery (taken
from the Vivekachoodaamani) to be used as both a guide to and item for
meditation. These will be advanced concepts and assume that the reader has been
following the teachings here consistently in order to gain maximum benefit from
the contemplation.
This realisation comes only through right discrimination made
between the Self and the no-Self. That is why one must strive to discriminate
between the individual self within and the Eternal Self everywhere.
