Adventures in Advaita Vedanta, the philosophy and science of spirit. We are one you and I; are you curious why?..

Here is a place to linger, to let your intellect roam. Aatmaavrajanam is being written as a progressive study and, as such, can be read like a book. Anyone arriving at any time can simply start at the very first post and work their way through at their own pace. Please take time to read the info tabs and ensure you don't miss a post, by subscribing to the blog. Interaction is welcomed. Don't be a spectator - be a participator!

Application - that is what 'Workings-days' are about!

Reread the first two months of Workingsday posts (from August 2014).
  1. List down the character traits you found yourself identifying with from the extensive listing.
  1. Note down three character traits which you wish to work on for yourself
  1. Give some thought to how you will start to make these improvements and note them down; develop a little regime of self-check for it.

The main battle we have in life is with ourselves. If we do not properly understand ourselves and our deeper motivations there is little hope of being able to fully engage in any advanced saadhana, for the traits - the vaasanas - are like timebombs lying in readiness to bring upheaval and mayhem!

If what you have read has made you think, tell me why. If you are wondering, others are too, so ask that question. If you have a doubt, let it out.
