Hari Om
Monday is AUM-day; in search of meditation
For the next few weeks, there will be focus videos provided. Today, a short but meaningful trigger based on words. The past two weeks you have had the meditative exercise described which can help you access your inner guru through listening to words. You used word prompts generated from within yourself, but you could also use words or phrases which arise from a random page opening of the Bhagavad Gita or the Bible or the Koran. It is a valuable tool.
Words used thusly are strong and important. Not for their dictionary meanings but for their intrinsic sound value. This is why it is said that our speech can 'heal or deal'. We can say words which carry a meaning of love, but their sound may carry an entirely different emphasis and have another effect altogether. This short video demonstrates that sound does create an impression - in a most impressive way. Ponder upon this today.
